The product portfolio is rounded off with comprehensive services relating to capital market transactions such as company evaluations (fairness opinions), structuring under company law, consulting under stock corporation law and investor relations consulting. The creation and management of employee participation and stock option programmes are also offered.

  Jointly with its Raiffeisen Investment network, Raiffeisen Centrobank advises international companies and organisations as well as governments on mergers, acquisitions and privatisations, buy side and sell side. RBI is an experienced arranger of Schuldscheins issued by national and international borrowers. Our activities in the Schuldschein market are placement driven. The Schuldschein enables issuers to tap an alternative investor base. Moreover, documentation and disclosure requirements are less strict than with public bond issues.
