  In CEE, RBI has a close network of subsidiaries, leasing companies and a number of specialised financial services firms in 17 markets. A large majority of customers are retail customers and small and medium-sized enterprises. 
   
• Premium Banking
  Raiffeisen Premium Banking is available in 15 CEE countries to wealthy customers. It offers advantages above and beyond normal retail banking standards, among others individual financial planning by a dedicated advisor, priority services, access to experts in specialised fields of finance and preferential pricing. 
   
• Private Banking and Wealth Management
  Comprehensive wealth management services are offered in Russia, Poland, Czech Republic and Hungary under the Friedrich Wilhelm Raiffeisen brand, in Slovakia under the Tatra Banka Private Banking brand and in Austria in RBI's wholly owned independent subsidiary, Kathrein & Co.  
  Kathrein & Co. also serves as the offshore Private Banking center for RBI. • ZUNO (direct bank)
  ZUNO BANK AG is the direct bank of RBI. It primarily manages persons who use the Internet as their main means of communication with their banks. ZUNO will first start operating in Slovakia in the fourth quarter of 2010 and then expand to selected markets of the RBI network in CEE.
