Founded in 1996, ZAO Raiffeisenbank ranked ninth in terms of assets in the Russian banking market at the end of 2010. In 2010, Raiffeisenbank devoted its attention mainly to fostering relationship banking with its corporate customers, strengthening business with private individuals and to further attracting customer deposits.

Increasing efficiency and enhancing service quality were other areas of focus in 2010. Furthermore, the bank has been expanding its services for premium and private banking customers. At the end of 2010, the total number of customers was about 1.9 million.

With a network of 198 business outlets, Raiffeisen is represented in 45 regions of the Russian Federation.

Subsidiaries Raiffeisen Leasing, Raiffeisen Capital Asset Management Company, Raiffeisen Pension Funds and Raiffeisen Life (insurance) round off the product range.
