Security

RBI offers its customers a range of applications to make it easier to do their banking online. It goes without saying that your security is very important to us.

Banks protect the transfer of confidential data by using a wide range of security measures. But customers can also make a decisive contribution to security. To avoid potential dangers, a number of fundamental points need to be considered:

  • Never disclose your customer data, not even by e-mail.
  • Never click on links in e-mails that purport to come from your bank. Create the links to your online applications manually and always use these to access them.
  • Do not enter your customer data if the bank website appears suspicious to you (e.g. typing errors, a request for information which you have never had to enter before, etc.). This could be an attempt at phishing!
  • Report each security incident (and the suspicion of it)!

Your data is in good hands at Raiffeisen. Our security features means that unauthorised access to your personal details is virtually impossible.

RBI will NEVER ask for customer and login data such as passwords, PINs, TANs, account numbers etc. BY E-MAIL or by telephone. Requests to enter passwords, PINs and TANs are made solely on websites secured by means of certificates. If you are unsure or have any questions, please contact your customer relationship manager by telephone.

Do you want to report a security issue? Please send an e-mail to security@rbinternational.com.
