Code of Conduct

RBI is not only committed to deliver high quality banking services but also to sustainable corporate management and to the social and environmental responsibility that goes with it. Our role as long-term partner of the business world is characterized by responsibility towards all our stakeholders, especially our customers, suppliers, staff members, and shareholders, as well as society in its entirety.

The RBI Group Code of Conduct defines our basic values and forms the foundation of our corporate culture. It is in line with international practices and is based on ethical principles.

While the Code is binding on the RBI Group internally, it shall not give rise to any rights or obligations of third parties towards the members of the RBI Group.

In addition, all persons acting for or providing services to the RBI Group, as well as all of its other business partners, are expected to apply rules and standards identical or similar to those set out in the Code.
