    Group Head of Institutional Clients, RBI: Elitza Kavrakova

    Elitza brings over 20 years of banking experience in CEE. A strong and passionate leader, she is client and solution-oriented, continually eager to learn and support others in their development. Elitza is a recognized speaker in Correspondent Banking and a board member of ITFA’s CEE regional committee, as well as an Executive Advisory Board Member for Women in Banking and Finance.

    Daniel began his banking career with Bank Austria and Erste Group, where he developed a strong foundation in customer service. His early experiences shaped his customer-first philosophy, emphasizing the importance of understanding and meeting client needs. Since 2019, Daniel has led the Corporate Customer Division at RBI, managing the largest corporate portfolio and overseeing a team of 150 employees.
