Application Process

Our recruitment process has a clear and transparent structure in order to give every applicant equal chances and to make sure your application quickly finds its way to right place.

Apply online via our career portal.

Analysis of the documents

After our Talent Acquisition Team has screened your documents and determines that your profile is suitable for the position, it will be forwarded to the respective hiring manager.

Initial interview

Upon approval from the hiring manager, you will be invited to an initial interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition Team and the hiring manager.

Feedback

We kindly ask you for your understanding that due to the high volume of applications, it may take up to 30 days until you hear back from us. 

Second interview

If you progress to the next round, you will be invited for a second interview with the hiring manager. This often provides an opportunity to meet the team.

Decision

The manager of the department makes a decision.

Concrete offer

Upon a positive decision, you will receive a job offer from the Human Resources department.

Contract signing

The employment contract will be signed by both you and us.
