Group Prime Services | Corporates

Our group prime services business stands for a state-of-the-art product delivery to our clients via an efficient and innovative one-stop-shop production. We provide our clients the entire securities services value chain starting with brokerage, handing over to safekeeping of assets, managing all related asset serving activities like corporate actions, income and tax management. In addition, we offer fund administration for asset managers for UCITS and AIF funds.

The Global Investor Gate is RBI’s unified user interface for all securities services products. The app- and web-based solution with full API connectivity is being developed by applying the best engineering and product development practices. The independent agile development team is fully dedicated to customer-centricity and fast deliveries.

Custody

We offer a multi-market solution for consolidated and efficient post-trade services around the globe for a vast variety of securities, such as equity shares, funds and bonds. Our global coverage spreads across more than 50 markets with a special expertise in the CEE region, where we have developed a unique service model with a direct link to the local Central Securities Depositories (CSDs) in 10 markets.
Our approach allows clients to standardize their legal and operational framework, optimize and simplify network management, as well as mitigate various risks associated with operating in multi-market environment. Close cooperation with compliance and risk is part of our product DNA.

Fund Administration

We offer tailor-made services for asset management companies including:

daily net asset value (NAV) calculation of all underlying investment types of UCITS, AIF and pension funds
full set of standard and individual reports for asset managers and their clients
the fund administration platform is capable to connect via API to the mid- and front-office software of our clients and supports both advisory mandates and external fund manager services

Brokerage

We provide access to execution services including electronic sales trading, direct market access and fund brokerage. Our state-of-the-art trading infrastructure helps optimize our clients’ equity trading in Austria, Germany, Russia and the CEE region, as well as globally. We provide excellent order execution, including smart order routing and algorithmic trading, together with post-trade settlement and clearing support.
We are the largest fund broker in Austria, offering a straight-through access to an extensive universe of more than 25,000 funds worldwide. We are characterized by a high degree of automation (97% STP rate) and flexible connectivity options.
