Statement on the Acquisition of Addiko Group

Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI) expects to remain owner of all of Addiko's subsidiaries including the one in Serbia, as, after the National Bank of Serbia (NBS) revoked Alta Banka's banking license, RBI no longer expects Alta Group to get regulatory approval for a possible carve-out.
