2025-12-01 - RBI elects to call its EUR 1,000,000,000 Ordinary Senior Eligible Notes of 2023 (XS2579606927)

Vienna, 1 December 2025. Raiffeisen Bank International AG (RBI) informs that it will redeem all the RBI AG EUR 1,000,000,000 Callable Fixed to Floating Rate Ordinary Senior Eligible Notes due January 2027 (“Notes”) at par on the Call Redemption Date 26 January 2026. The formal notice of early redemption pursuant to § 6 (4) (Early Redemption at the Option of the Issuer) of the terms and conditions of the Notes will be published separately.
